The fabric and fully- fashioned pieces are conveyed between upper and lower belt through the steaming/setting and cooling zone o Automatically height adjustment:
The height adjustment is carried out by use of driven motors. The adjustment can be done manually by using a button on the touch screen. Also it is possible to save the right hight (the distance between upper and lower belt) in recipes. o Working energy saving:
It has the possibility to switch off and on the used working side. The use of steam and electric power depends on the fabric which are treated. Though it is possible to use only either the left or right side of the whole working widht. o Stacking device for fully fashioned pieces and yard goods:
The single parts are plated down exactly to size and as appropriate. The stacking device is equipped with a table of a length of 1.250 mm. The operating speed is infinitely adjustable and synchronous with the speed of the belt. Also the yard goods can be plated down exactly on the stacking device. The plating width is adjustable up to 700 mm. o Latest control unit with colored touch screen:
PLC with frequency-controlled rotary current motors; Speed of the machine infinitely adjustable; Left and right side a separately adjustable (heating and steam); Setting possilbe regarding temperatures of upper and lower heat as well as of steam volume and heat; Counting of the single parts; Reproducibility of setting values by the storage of recipes
